[stellation-res] Checkins

I've just done some checkins of our newer work. I'd been holding off
until we could start self-hosting, but I've gotten tired of waiting.

(We're currently waiting an a SCSI cable which is, for some obnoxious
reason, trapped in customs. Eclipse.org administration doesn't allow
a server to be deployed without its own backup system, and they're
missing the cable to attach the tape drive to the server.)

At any rate, the checkin includes some fixes to the communication
engine (which Jim has seen and tested), and our new task and chat
service code, which is in two new plugins: org.eclipse.stellation.task,
and org.eclipse.stellation.stim. 

We'll post some docs on the task and chat stuff ASAP. In the meantime,
feel free to take a look: there is some documentation in the plugins
doc directories, and the stim plugin can be launched, so that you can
try out an early version of it. It's really pretty nifty.
