[stellation-res] Urgent! Do Not Use Stellation CVS Repository Until Further Notice!

Our CVS repository has suffered serious damage.
Mark and I are asking all committers to hold off on any CVS usage until I
have repaired the damage.

Somehow, the Java files in the HEAD version of virtually all of our
plug-in projects have been deleted. (The sole exception is 'unittest').
Fortunately, the tagged version 'Bugzilla-31370- appears to be intact;
since that was the most recent version checked in by anyone, I will
attempt to simply check it back in as the current HEAD version.

We're not sure how this happened. It's possible that it's somehow related
to the clean-up of 'bin' folders I performed yesterday, but a) I'm virtually positive
I only touched 'bin' folders and b) some plug-in projects which never *had*
checked-in bin folders (and which, therefore, I would not have touched)
have still lost their Java files.

If anyone can shed some light on this, please do (either publicly or privately to Mark or I). I will send a followup note to the list once the CVS repository is usable again.

- Jim
