[stellation-res] New Core build and installation procedure posted.

I've just finished posting the new Core binary build and installation
procedure which Jeffrey Howard tested for me, and have also updated
relevant web pages.  (What's New, Current Stellation Builds pages).

This build contains the command-line components, configured as follows:
* uses PostgreSQL
* Intended for Linux only (no .bat files supplied)
* accesses database in 'trial' mode rather than 'release' mode
* mandates a specific Stellation file structure: 
$HOME/opt/stellation/{bin,lib,test}
* Uses Ant for testing the installation, but not for performing the actual 
installation.

This build does *not* contain any Eclipse client components.  That's the next
item on my todo list....

I realize this leaves Windows users out in the cold, for now (and it was 
about 3 degrees
Fahrenheit outside my house this morning.... without wind chill factored in).
If someone wants to work up a similarly simple install for Windows, I'm 
glad to advise.
Otherwise, this may need to wait until a 'proper' installer is available 
(per discussion on
this list over the past few weeks).

Note that (at least on my Win2k machines), IE is munging the
archive file extension from .tgz to tar.tar (or a variant).  This causes
WinZip to "decline the honor"; restoring the correct .tgz extension makes
WinZip happy.  Can anyone shed any light on this?  (As a workaround, I
put a cautionary note on the Downloads page, but I'd much rather fix it 
properly...)
BTW - I also noticed, earlier, that the "Current Stellation Builds" 
zipfiles created over the
past few weeks also failed to decompress using WinZip (but behaved properly 
using Linux 'unzip').
(Hmm.  Time to replace WinZip ?)
