Re: [stellation-res] Build 2003-01-20 remote mode tests

I like two of the ideas you proposed.

a) All work should be done based on a bugzilla entry. This is essentially
using Bugzilla as a work-order system.

b) The more eyes that look at code before it is finally accepted, the
better. I do feel that this will be easier to manage once we can get to
self-hosting though.

I would also suggest that the bugzilla number be used as the version tag as
this will allow us to easily determine exactly what is affected by any
logical change.
