I have updated guide.html to say more about svcadmin. Unfortunately, my eclipse password
has expired, and the folks in charge seem to be on vacation, so it may be several days
before I can make any checkins. If it takes longer, I'll open a Bugzilla entry and
put the files there so someone else can check them in.
