I have just posted current build.

This includes fixes to install.html suggested by Jeffrey Howard.

It also includes fix for problem updating link artifacts (Bugzilla 25996)

The current build-core.xml tries to handle both core and cli, and as a result
produces confusing source directory. The plan is to add build-cli.xml and
build-plugins.xml shortly, letting build-core just build the core part.
I opened Bugzilla 28788 on this.
