[stellation-res] Checkin: Stellation CM Model plug-in

I've just checked in a set of changes, primarily to ...stellation.scm.model.
Changes include:
* Updated code to work with refactored Core into stellation.core and 
stellation.cli projects.
* Overhauled Client Core code similarly
* Assorted bugfixes to Client Core code (ScmResourceMap) and JUnit tests
* In-progress work on new Checkin, Checkout support

I also modified plugin.xml files and other non-java files for 
stellation.core and stellation.cli,
adding required plugins needed for use within Eclipse (e.g. by Stellation CM).

Please note that, to perform PDE JUnit testing with a local PostgreSQL server,
you must add org.postgresql as a required plugin for both stellation.core 
and stellation.cli.
(This is probably necessary any time you use a local PostgreSQL server with 
Stellation CM,
independent of JUnit testing, but I haven't checked).  The plugin.xml files 
I checked-in for
stellation.core and stellation.cli do _not_ include this dependency, since 
it's not required under
more typical circumstances.
