I just noticed there are several ChangeLog files in plugins: 

find . -name ChangeLog

org.eclipse.stellation.core/ChangeLog
org.eclipse.stellation.misc/ChangeLog
org.eclipse.stellation.scm.model/doc/ChangeLog
org.eclipse.stellation.scm.model/ChangeLog
org.eclipse.stellation.scm.ui/ChangeLog
org.eclipse.stellation.unittest/ChangeLog

I think one should suffice. If there's approval I'll merge the
existing ones together, check that into 'plugins', and delete
the others.
