[stellation-res] 2002-12-08 nightly build and associated checkins

Nightly build for 2002-12-08 now available.

I have just checked in org.eclipse.stellation/nightly.xml that assists
in producing nightly builds. This can now be used to automatically 
update the downloads/nightly/index.html file on a daily basis. I still
need to add support for checking out the source via CVS, doing
build and test, and checking in the new files. I hope to add this
soon, and which point I can start a crontab job to do all this
on a regular basis without manual intervention.

As soon as the proposed source reorganization has been done, 
I will work with Jim to produce nightly builds for all system 
components, not just the core.
