[stellation-res] Nightly Builds Area is misbehaving

Dave,
While reorganizing the Downloads area, I ran into some odd behavior:
CVS shows at least 8 folders (for different nightly builds) in the
'nightly' subtree.
However, I can't actually check them out: when I try, I get an error message:
"The CVS command cannot be issued because there is no connection available"
[Note: I have no trouble accessing or committing to other portions of the
Downloads subtree.]
However - I can still access the nightly/index.html file via the
eclipse.org viewcvs mechanism.
I just can't access it using the Eclipse CVS client.
Dave, could you take a look?
