[stellation-res] No nightly build for 2002-12-05

Sorry, but I won't be able to do nightly build for yet another day:

  -- there's a major snowstorm here and I need to head home
  -- I need to back up to postgres 7.2, as 7.3 can't pass tests
  -- I've also started process of using the old scripts, as
     Mark finds the new ones hard to use and overly complex, and
     still need to adjust ant build files.
