Include revisions for getting file info on Windows (changes
supplied by Jonathan Gossage), fixing Bugzilla 24606.

Change use of ":" in generated file name to "-" since colon
not allowed in file name on Windows, as suggested by Jonathan
Gossage, fixing Bugzilla 24607.

Thanks for Jonathan for both diagnosing the problem and supplying
the fix.
