Revise handling of Properties by dropping inherit
attribute and storing values in (new) Strings table.

Revise database schema by renaming Comments table
to String table and using it for comment texts and
also values of properties.

Add some referential constraints.

Revise database-structure and database-examples documents
to reflect above changes, including revised handlng of text
artifacts using two tables.
