[stellation-res] Windows fix in updateFileInfo() 
There was susposed to have been a fix put in Workspace.updateFileInfo() to
prevent the invocation of Workspace.findFileInfo() on Windows platforms. It
looks as if itwas forgotten or got lost along the way because it is not in
the source that I downloaded this evening.
