Count 3 international users and don't postpone I18n too much because my
native language is Spanish.

I am sending this message from Tucuman, a mid sized city near the Andes
at North of Argentina.

We, at Maxprograms, are canceling all contracts in Argentina before
going back to Montevideo, Uruguay. This will take several months (we
still have 35 clients in 9 cities) and I hope to be at home, near the
beach, before the end of next summer.
