[stellation-res] Checkin of audit related changes

I just checked in a bunch of changes intended to address some of
the audit criticisms. There's still plenty to do to fix the problems
that Jonathan pointed out, but it's a good start.
Still doesn't pass unit tests... From the errors, I think the unit
change problems are caused by the workspace changes. Since I haven't yet
had time to learn how the new workspace code differs from the old, I'm
not ready to try to figure out what the problem there is.
Next on my agenda: Rodolpho ran into the same problems with reserved
words that Ringo encoutered in the Oracle port. I'm going to do the name
prefixing that we discussed to get rid of column and tablename problems.
