I vote +1 for this. Putting priority in the agents avoids having to change
the database
schema. However, it does raise another issue -- how to tell apart different
versions of an agent --but
that is another problem that should be put on the back burner.
Using 0 as the distinguished position is a good idea, as it gives us
"something for nothing"!
