[stellation-res] Query re copyright owner in Eclipse submissions

I just printed out some of Florin's svc_test-19 files, and noted the first line 
in source files is:

	Copyright (c) 2002 Florin Iucha and others.

while all source files I have seen so far have

	Copyright (c) 2002 IBM and others.

Though there is no question Florin is the original author of this work, I suggest
Mark check with Eclipse legal folks to make sure this is OK, lest it cause some
problems down the road.
