	* doc/manuals/guide.html: 
	Change description of 'restore' command to reflect change from
	  svc restore [ --state text]
	to
	  svc restore [ text]
	The introduction of --state, prompted by desire to have similar
	form to 'svc diff' was a wrong-headed move. It is more important
	that save and restore have a similar form.
	

	* tests/scm/merge/test13/script.sh: 
	Add test of save/restore, satisfying the request made 
	in Bugzilla 21722.
