[stellation-res] checkin core revision main@@16 -- reflect revised syntax of restore command, fix problems in save/restore

* src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Project.java:
Fix problem in setting executable attribute uncovered
while writing save/restore test.
* src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Files.java:
Add method removeFile(String path) to remove file from
workspace.
* src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Backup.java:
Change syntax of 'svc restore' to have state as argument
not value of option --state.
* src/org/eclipse/stellation/repos/util/TextUtils.java:
Drop import of java.io.File now that needless file creation in
/tmp directory removed. Also do minor reformat of some javadoc
comments.
* src/org/eclipse/stellation/workspace/Workspace.java:
Fix problem in save/restore so that project document in workspace
updated when archive project document created.
