Hint, hint, DB/2... 8^) The Oracle developer program is more open.
Unfortunately Oracle HW requirements balooned considerably since 7.x
days. I used to have 30 develpers hitting an Oracle 7.3 running on a
P100 with 64 MB RAM. O tempora, o mores...
