[stellation-res] Fix Bug 21503 - problem checking out executable files 
This change to core fixes the above bug. Turns out that in recent XML-related cleanup, I entered wrong
name for 'isExecutable' in a couple of cases, so that executable attribute lost when checking out
an executable file.


(Watson users: This explains why merge test?/*.sh scripts are missing the executable attribute, as I discovered
when I ran the regression tests after fixing another bug. You can fix them manually for now.
Mark: you might want to build new install-bundle.)
