[sparkplug-dev] Upcoming Sparkplug Specification Project Meeting Oct 6

Ivar Grimstad will be joining our Sparkplug Specification Project call 
tomorrow, Oct 6. He is the mentor for our project at Eclipse and is the 
Jakarta EE Developer Advocate at the Eclipse Foundation. He is also a 
member of the Jakarta EE Steering Committee and Jakarta EE Specification 
Committee. Obviously he brings a lot of expertise to the table at the 
Sparkplug Specification project. He'll only be available for the first 
30 minutes of the call. We've invited him to join us to offer some 
insight on a few things we need to work through in the Sparkplug 
Specification Project. These are (but not limited to):

* Process for evolving and committing to the spec - how is it done at 
Jakarta EE?
* Process for tracking test coverage between the TCK and the 
specification itself
* Any other helpful hints

This will be a fairly casual discussion so please prepare any specific 
questions you might have for Ivar as well if you are planning to join 
the call. Given he has confirmed the new rough agenda for Oct 6th is:

* Identify someone to take minutes for these meetings on a regular basis
* Conversation with Ivar
* Status update on progress from all committers
* Identify next steps and blockers
