This is just a reminder on our next Sparkplug Project meeting. It will
be Oct 6, 2020 and 9am PDT. All committers should make an effort to

These are my very rough notes on our last meeting (Sept 22):

* Create a list of MUST statements and MAY statements that covers all of
the Sparkplug specification (Wes to do)
* Create a prioritized list of roadmap items (Wes to start in the Github
repo) - some initial items - (MQTT v5, RECORDS)
* Add repo notes on how to create PRs for Sparkplug spec (Wes to do)
* Ivar Grimstad could provide info on editors and how PRs are created
for the Jakarta meeting - maybe he can participate on Oct 6? - Frederic
to follow up
* Hive MQ/Dominik may be able to provide load testing tools
* Workshops to work through more technical issues in the specification
as we run into them
* Spec committee will define roadmap - Not approved/driven by the
steering committee

For the upcoming meeting I'd like to propose the following rough agenda:

* Identify someone to take minutes for these meetings on a regular basis
* Status update on progress from all committers
* Identify next steps and blockers
