Hi Mickael,
I think its a good idea, because based on the description I think it could be overwhelming for one student to complete it during that time period.
 
I actually have no preference as of now as I am sure all would be equally great learning experiences. However, if I have to chose I’d pick the Multi-Event Mapping and Usability Improvements.

I've been thinking about splitting this general subject into several sub-parts (at least make a dedicated subject for GEF/GMF). What do you think about that?
Is there a part you'd prefer to work? We can work all together on improving the topic soi it fits your wishes as well as project stakeholder's ones.
