 - SOPERA update -> will require at least a couple more weeks before plans
are made around SOA-IWG
 - Code in Indigo M3 is same as was in Helios - ECF just released 3.4, hope
to include this for Indigo M4 builds.
 - ECF is working on Remote Services Admin Stack as per EEG, OSGi 4.2.  Goal
is to have this available for EclipseCon 2011.
 - Next call will be December 15th, 2010, at 11am Eastern.
