RE: [soa-iwg] Vote for Steering Committee to include ECF OSGi 4.2 remote services in SOA-IWG Package

Apologies if I've missed this, my email has been wonky over the past couple
weeks -- I just want to make sure that everything that is needed to include
ECF OSGi 4.2 remote services in the SOA-IWG package is in place.

Excellent -- so it is unanimous from the Steering committee, and for
completeness, I believe from the rest of the member participants.
As for Next Steps -- Oliver/Zsolt -- can you help ensure Scott has the
necessary steps (if any) of what is needed to include this in the next
package milestone? Or if it's just as simple as our package maintainers
grabbing what is needed, that would be useful information as well.
