Hi Stefan,

 

I already checked in the minor mods for qmake as Patchset 2 on top of Fabian’s PR.

 

For cmake, we did not set it up, yet. Maybe other devs could find time to have a look. The new state of GUI is definitely a huge progress compared to what we have right now on servant. Big thanks to Fabian!

Thank you for checking the PR. I agree to accept it and would like to ask if you could commit the minor modification that it will build at least with qmake? Fabian said to me that it would build with qmake and cmake. Therefore, maybe a similar “minor modification” could found that it will also build with cmake!?

we checked the PR by Fabian:

With a minor modification, the GUI builds and runs. However, we only tested it with qmake. I would suggest to accept it, as the current state of GUI on “servant” does not build: neither with qmake nor with cmake. Furthermore, the mentioned PR contains the newest documentation and progress made…

 

What do you think?
