Thus IMO - it shall NOT land in maven central. Having it in a publicly
accessible staging repository - available to all projects - should
suffice.
OK then, however restricting the audience of an open source project by making it slightly more difficult to access seems rather counter-intuitive.
Arjan - will you also be releasing a milestone of the Spec to match the api/javadoc?
