[sdv-wg] OCX27 Call for Proposals: Software-defined systems & mobility track

Dear SDV community,

The Call for Proposals for Open Community Experience 2027 (OCX27) is now open. OCX27 takes place from 13 to 15 April 2027 in Brussels, organised by the Eclipse Foundation.

The Eclipse SDV community has its own track at OCX27: Software-defined systems & mobility. It runs over three days, covering topics from Software-Defined Vehicles to OpenHW and RTOSes, and Software Defined Mobility and Robotics. The program committee is looking for sessions such as:

  • Hands-on integration work with Eclipse S-CORE, Eclipse OpenSOVD and the Eclipse SDV Blueprints
  • Ecosystem interoperability, blueprints and commercial adoption
  • Functional safety and security with open toolchains
  • Software-defined mobility beyond the car: rail, infrastructure, UAVs and mobile robots

AI topics are welcome in this track too, as long as they are about AI in vehicles and mobility systems.

We are looking for talks grounded in real experience: a working implementation, a hard-learned lesson, or practical knowledge other teams can use. First-time speakers are welcome.

Early bird deadline: 23 October 2026.

👉 Submit your proposal: OCX27 Call for Proposals

👉 Questions about speaking: speakers@xxxxxxxxxxx

Best regards,

Sara
