Re: [science-iwg] Reminder about EclipseCon 2015 Deadline

Jay

I have been a member since the start but am working a different dimension than you guys so I have not had much to say.

I am doing a study of the sustainment of research software for NSF. Mostly we are following smaller investigative groups and trying to understand how they can have the resources between grants.

Would a talk cutting across different types of ecosystems that generate scientific software be of interest to the group.  If there is interest I will submit a talk.

Thanks

John

Subject: [science-iwg] Reminder about EclipseCon 2015 Deadline

Everyone,

On behalf of the Science Working Group Steering Committee, I wanted to send a reminder that the deadline for EclipseCon 2015 talk proposals is the 17th, which is coming up quick. We have only received four submissions for Science Day and they are all related to DAWN and ICE. We have an additional two submissions coming in from ORNL, but we are really hoping to get some other members of the WG to submit talks.

Are any of you planning to submit talk proposals?

Best,

Jay
