Hello All,
I'd like to ask for a review on https://github.com/jakartaee/rest/pull/1367. The change likely looks bigger than it really is. What it does is adds some new TCK tests and clarifies some of the spec details I found needed changing or clarification for the CDI integration while implementing it in RESTEasy.

Please review as soon as you can. This is blocking the Jakarta EE 12 Core Profile release.
