Hello All,

I'm requesting that committers of the Jakarta REST project [1], please reply to this email if you're still interested in retaining your committer status. I'd really like to clean up the list of committers so we know who is still active. 

What we need from committers is help reviewing PR's and triaging issues. We are currently stuck with moving forward as a specification due to the lack of interaction on pull requests.

I personally would really like to start moving the specification along so that it can be included in Jakarta EE 12.
