[qrisp-dev] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Diego Polimeni on Eclipse Qrisp

Voting will close on 2026-03-12 for the Committer election of Diego Polimeni
on project Eclipse Qrisp (technology.qrisp).
Criteria:
Diego Polimeni has made an impact on the project.
* He developed the aspects of Shor for attacking ECC
* Implemented the conditionally clean ancillae mcx compilation strategy and
made it jasp compatible
* Restructured the gate application function for mcx
* Implemented the efficient Remaud adder and made it jasp-compatible
* Implemented numpy-like arithmetic tooling for QuantumFloat (min, max,
floor, ceil, round, modf) and made it jasp-compatible
