I saw that org.eclipse.ptp.rm.pbs.help had been added in CVS.

Subject: [ptp-dev] Help plug-in for PBS

I have created a skeleton help plug-in for the PBS Resource Manager. 
Al (or anyone else?), have at it to add actual content.
it's org.eclipse.ptp.rm.pbs.help in CVS and I've added it to the pbs feature.

Basically, all you really need to do it enter some actual content information into the html/maintopic.html file.
Feel free to change the headings, I was just guessing to get it to look reasonable on first blush.

Screenshots are encouraged. add an images/ dir under the html/ directory and put them there.

I can do the same for any other resource manager that can add some help content in the next few days.
(SLURM? Jie? )
Note that next Tuesday should be our final build, so let's get the help entered in the next couple of days (busy weekend!)
so we can test it out in a build or two before then.

It's coming together, everyone. Thanks for all the hard work to get PTP 4.0 out the door in the Helios Simultaneous release.
