2. CDT 7.0 RC3 - from http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/7.0.0/index.html
3. PTP 4.0 RC3 - from http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/builds/4.0.0

The RC3 build is available on the wiki builds page
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/builds/4.0.0
And it should be in the Helios aggregated p2 repository by ... late tomorrow (Thursday) I'd guess.
Testing is welcome! Encouraged! STRONGLY encouraged.
Note you should use the CDT RC3 build as well with this, available now (before the aggregated repo is available) at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/builds/7.0.0/index.html
