for the time that Polarsys has not yet elected spokesperson and such, I will take on the responsibility.
The first call shall take place on Friday, January 6th at 16:00 CET. I will arrange for a call-in number and send it around in the week prior to the call.

That's a very good idea, I think having such regular
meeting help to keep track on past and ongoing actions. However, it would
be particularly important to have a leader for that, somebody that plan
the meetings, sends reminders and take the minutes.
Is there a formally defined partner in the project
