All, I would like to draw your attention to a recent revision in the draft charter (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Polarsys/Charter#Membership) The Eclipse Board wants to make participation in the IWGs as democratic as possible. In particular, they want to encourage fee structures that allow SME's to participate in the IWG governance as well. The new proposed dues reflect that intent. Your comments and feedback would be appreciated.
