My mistake when setting up 4.9 development. Sorry about that. Should be fixed now. Wim's build succeeded and Andrey's ongoing. 

Note for everyone: Gerrit now verifies that on the first change in a bundle the version has to be bumped. So if you see such change please first check whether the version has been bumped since 4.9 and if not bump it. Regarding features -  even without touching them they may need to be version bumped when a plugin in them changed!
