[platform-ui-dev] Core Expression contribution

Hi Folks,

We've had a wiki page contribution from Martin Domig about Core
Expressions [1].  This is more general than the Command framework use
of Core Expressions [2].  Please take 5 minutes and read it over
(comments and corrections welcome on the wiki page itself :-)
