[platform-ui-dev] Standard output messages comes first and then standard

Hi,
My Eclipse plugin executes a process.
I am using ILaunch.launch()  for
this. 
If i redirect standard error stream
to standard output stream then output is in desired format.
But in console output are all in black
color.

If i do not redirect then error stream
messages come in Red color.
But in console the messages from standard
output comes first and then standard error.

Anybody has solution for this??
