[platform-releng-dev] integration build stalled but now proceeding

The integration build stalled because
of a defunct ssh connection to build.eclipse.org  when copying back
the signed feature to the build machine.  I have fixed this and the
build is proceeding. However, since the build is so fast now due to the
infrastructure changes at the foundation, the nightly build has already
build the SDKs and the test machines are being used by this build.  The
tests for the integration build will occur after the tests are completed
for the nightly build.
