I've started a new integration build.
 

The patch in this releng bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=312962

exposed a bug in the p2.mirror task
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=313615

which meant that the metadata didn't
get mirrored to the repository. 

Anyways, I have reverted my patch, released
a new builder, and started a new build.

I apologize for the trouble. The test
builds I ran for this fix were nightly builds. This meant that most of
the bundles have unique identifiers based on build ids, not cvs tags which
is why this bug wasn't exposed earlier.
