[platform-dev] Making a copy of dark swt theme

Hi all,

I’m working on a custom theme which imitate vscode. For the dark version of it, I thought to use the eclipse dark theme files as the base and change colors. Also cherry picking dark syntax colors from different plugins as well. 

How this will effect with the licensing? And if i still want to do how should the license headers made in modified versions of the files ?
