[platform-dev] Migration plan of eclipse.platform.ui to GitHub: April 11

Hi all,

The eclipse.platform.ui is the only Eclipse Platform project repository left to migrate to GitHub; not so surprisingly it's also the current most active one and the most crowded one regarding Gerrit queue.

To ensure relatively low disturbance for ongoing work and to not add risk to next milestone, we plan to migrate the eclipse.platform.ui repo on *April 11th*.

Please do your best to complete your ongoing submissions before that date.

We'd also appreciate if committers could spend time processing some open reviews, and closing all possible ones (merging if it's worth it, abandoning if it's worth it). For issues you're unsure about, you can leave them open.

As part of the migration, we'll then Abandon all open Gerrit reviews with a message instructing their owners how to migrate them to GitHub if they're still interested.
