When trying to run the command:
"git clone -b R4_17_maintenance –recurse-submodules
https://git.eclipse.org/r/platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator.git";

An error is displayed in the terminal:
"fatal: the repository «–recurse-submodules» does not exist"

It also failed to clone through the Eclipse IDE
