Yes, refactoring is enabled. "clear and rebuild the database" after
a while returns the same error. What is strange to me is that even
when I have refactoring disabled "'Photran indexer' has encountered
a problem" pops up after "Save".

Hi,
I use eclipse on Linux/x86_64 CentOS 5.5 and Ubuntu 11.04. On
both systems I cannot get indexer to work. I get. Recently I
upgrade to Photran 6.0.7 but get the same error:
"'Photran indexer' has encountered a problem. An internal error
occurred during: 'Photran Indexer'".
Under "Details" there is a message:
"An internal error occured during: 'Photran indexer'.
java.lang.NullPointerException.
Is refactoring enabled?
If yes, have you tried to "clear and rebuild the database" in the
refactor (debugging) sub-menu?
