I committed the changes to ui.vpg, and I figured out how to suppress
the errors/warnings in generated code, so I went ahead and converted
core.vpg as well (thanks to Ashley Kasza for the help).

Photran is entirely converted to use message bundles now (except for
the unit tests, where it doesn't matter).
