[photran-dev] Still working on Dev Guide, Part II

I am still working on Part II of the Photran Developer's Guide.  Chapter 
1 is "done," and Chapter 2 contains everything I planned to include 
content-wise, except there are some typos and minor edits that still 
need to be made.

To anyone who's interested, please feel free to read either or both of 
these chapters (as well as Part I) and post questions to the photran-dev 
list so I can (1) answer them and (2) use the discussion to improve the 
documentation.

I hope to finish the remaining chapters and appendices in Part II soon.
