I know Bill is still contributing, and Craig is working on Fortran
related stuff.
Come on guys, at least get these new committers elected so we have
some new contributors.

OK, sorry to do this, but there are only three days left on the
committer elections for Tim and Kurt, and it's absolutely embarrassing
that we only have two votes -- mine and Greg's -- not even the three
votes we need to elect them.
THIS IS AN ULTIMATUM. COMMITTER STATUS WILL BE REVOKED FOR EVERY
COMMITTER WHO DOES NOT VOTE.

Bill Hilliard
Ralph Johnson
Craig Rasmussen
Mikhail Sennikovsky
